About the room
A peaceful and welcoming location in a safe neighborhood. Students are welcome, as the property is conveniently located near Stony Brook University. Nearby amenities include a pharmacy, grocery stores, and other everyday conveniences. The area is quiet, and the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming.
The room is located on the lower level of the home, providing additional privacy from the property owners. It is currently furnished, but the furniture can be removed upon request if you prefer to bring your own.
The tenant will have access to the shared kitchen. A mini refrigerator is provided downstairs for added convenience. The bathroom is shared, and a washer and dryer are available for tenant use. We are looking for someone respectful and comfortable in a shared living environment.
About the roomies
The home is quiet and peaceful, occupied by an elderly couple and their adult son. Everyone is respectful and values a calm living environment. I am also part of the household, but I spend much of my time away attending college in New York City and come and go as needed. We are looking for a considerate tenant who will be a good fit for a relaxed and respectful home.
