About the room
Looking for someone to sublet my place at Anton Pacific for the summer! It’s a brand new unit, with new appliances, fully furnished, hardwood floor throughout.
You’d be sharing the room with one male roommate. The room comes with a desk, a twin bed, and a frame for you to use. In-unit washer and dryer are included!
All utilities are included in the rent, so no surprises. Location is unbeatable if you are planning on taking summer classes at UCSC, as the proximity to the bus stop is about a block. It’s also right in the heart of downtown, giving you the chance to experience all it has to offer!

About the roomies
We are a group of UCSC students going into our final year. The place is kept clean, so that is expected from anyone moving in as well. Roommates tend to be quiet and guests are ok as long as you let them know in advance.
