Two long-time roommates are seeking a third roommate for a lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Talmadge. We’ve enjoyed living here for the past two years, and our current third roommate is moving out, creating an opening beginning July 1st.

The available private bedroom is spacious and features a huge closet. The shared areas of the home are comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The home also includes a garage for additional storage and a large, furnished backyard patio, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying San Diego’s beautiful weather.

Located in a wonderful, quiet, and safe neighborhood, the home offers ample street parking and easy access to shopping, dining, and freeways.
