I have a room in my house that’s available .It’s a 4br, 2.5 bath spacious house located in Columbia off Garners Ferry. The other rooms are occupied.The room is located up stairs so please keep that in mind. I’m looking for someone that is responsible,clean ,and respectful. This is a nice house,in a clean and safe neighborhood. Please read the description below and if this caters to you then please feel free to reach out.

Own spacious furnished master bedroom w/ King bed, large walk-in closet, your own private bathroom with jack and Jill sink, over sized garden tub, and tv -All utilities included (water, electric,wi-fi,netflix,etc….) Your own key to your room -Access to fenced back yard -Access to kitchen and appliances -Access to washer/dryer(must provide own detergent) -Access to living room and dining room . 3 min from the bus stop

-Rent is $850/month with a $200 refundable deposit when you move out as long as there are no damages or anything. This room is for single occupancy, however I will consider couples but the rent will be slightly higher. Same goes for 2 people that want to share the room.Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. -Absolutely no drugs or smoking in the house. Please smoke out front or back,and throw yr butts away.
