Hey everyone! I am a student at NWACC, and I am looking to move closer to the Bentonville area. NOTICE: I do not currently reside at this address; however, I can transfer my current lease with Elder Co to another property. I would prefer not to break my current lease, but I have outgrown my one-bedroom apartment. We would both be starting fresh in a new home. I do need to pinpoint the exact date that it is available. The property is 3bd/2ba and has a decent sized fenced in backyard and a 2-car garage: Stonegate Duplexes in Bentonville. Check it out! Rent is $1350 but split two ways is ONLY $675!!!

With the way the economy is, we could all use a little help. Living off of a single income is doable but extremely tight. I will hopefully be attending Crowder College in the fall of 2027, and I would like to move closer, so I do not have to commute that far. Due to the type of school program I hope to get into, I have to reside in Arkansas. I would like to find someone who is respectful and clean. Age is just a number, but I am mainly interested in where you’re at mentally and if we would be a good fit for each other. My peace is the most important thing to me other than my animals. I do have three dogs who are registered as emotional support but feel free to bring your furbaby. The more the merrier! NO KIDS PLEASE
