There is a washer and dryer available for communal use. There is a private entrance through the front door that is attached to the living room.

I am the owner and would be living on the ground floor. The only area that would need to be shared is the kitchen and laundry room. I work a lot, have a fiance and a small French bulldog named Pearl. I am a guy that fixes things putters around and cuts the lawn and maintains the house. I’m 48 years old. I do not smoke pot but I don’t have a problem with it.
