Looking for a roommate!

My current roommates are moving out, so I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate. Male or female welcome.

The house is located in Carnegie, PA (15106), near 5th Ave. The bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away, which is convenient for anyone commuting to work or school.

The available space is on the finished third floor and includes 2 small rooms and a walk-in closet.

The lease runs through April 30, 2027, but we may be able to work something out with the landlord if needed.

We also have a friendly neighborhood cat who sometimes comes by for food and occasionally naps in my room or in the hallway. He won’t be in your room, but I’m looking for someone who likes animals and doesn’t mind having a cat around from time to time.

Available July 1st.

Rent is $650/month. The gas bill will be split between us.

Please note that the house does not have a dishwasher or a washer/dryer.

A little about me: I’m 33 years old and work a lot, so I’m usually either at work, sleeping, or cooking. I wake up around 2:30 AM for work and prefer a quiet, drama-free home. I don’t throw parties and am looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with.
