About the roomies

I am a 59 year old, semi retired, entrepreneur who lives part in Florida and Maine.

I’m looking to extend my townhouse rental for a 3rd year but I’m losing my current housemate in October. I’ve spent 3 months a year here during the last 2 years but am hoping to get to 6 months in 2027.

Very easy going and super clean, enjoy the beach, stocks, sports, movies.
