Looking for one person to rent 2 rooms with own bathroom across hall. A creative space that mimics 1973. I am a 45 year old, disabled artist. I have 2 well behaved small dogs and an outdoor cat. Records, VHS and flavorful cuisines are my go to. Fenced in backyard, driveway parking, washer/dryer, internet and open self-aware communication.

I am a native Texan, but love to travel when i can afford it. I have an amazing Austin tribe and keep late hours for the most part, but can stir around quietly if notified. Highly intuitive and solution oriented, but definitely no mind reader. My current roommate is planning to move in August and would rather only live with one person that needs both rooms.
