This is a 1300 sq ft 3 bedroom modular home in a quiet community. I prefer drug free roomie who has faith in God. If you enjoy peace and comfort then your a perfect fit. If your one who likes to party with a different type of environment, then this is not the space for you.

The room is fully furnished with a single size bed and medium dresser/stand a very deep closet with shelves, and a window.

You would have your own full bath with cabinets and a storage shelf for towels and toiletries.

I prefer a quiet, positive, clean, and respectful home. I am a super clean and tidy, I prefer the same . You should be able to go to work and come home to relax. Drama free is a must. Also, I have friendly cats, so if you don’t like cats please skip this ad.

You will always have full range of the house and appliances, including washer and dryer. “ if something does not fit in the washer here, we’re next door to a laundromat as well“ Personal kitchen cabinets included for your food and items. I enjoy cooking, and it’s usually shared with my roomies. So hopefully you like to eat:)

All utilities are included in your rent: Gas/heat Sewer Trash Electricity Water Internet

You will have your own parking place.

– You must pass a background and license check to reside in this community. Our safety and security is important. Fee is $40.00/Once passed I will take that $40 off the first months rent. If not passed $40 is non refundable.
