New construction large 4 bed 3.5 bath townhome/apartment in Irvine Great Park neighborhood with large balcony. Access to all Irvine Great Park community amenities (parks, pools, events, etc.) Home has the latest appliances/tech, living room with large TV and couch, and an expansive open concept kitchen. These rooms have never been lived in before.
About the roomies
Ideally looking for similar aged (Iām 28) professionals/students that are clean, chill and looking to live together as friends. Iām into cars, video games and new tech. Normally keep to myself and cook/go to the gym or on walks but otherwise pretty relaxed. I live here alone as of now but plan on eventually filling the rooms out to have 3 - 4 people including myself.
