Fully furnished private room and bath in a luxury highrise tower apartment in downtown San Diego. The room is recently furnished with a queen size bed, large flat screen, nightstand, velvet chest, blackout curtains, mirrored closets, and looks out over the downtown skyline, the San Diego Bay, and Coronado.

The apartment is recently fully furnished with a wraparound balcony and panoramic views of the city, ocean and mountains, and is adjacent to the opposing highrise tower which provides shade during most of the day. The place has central AC (stays on most of the time) a washer/dryer in the unit and everything one would expect in a recently built luxury highrise apartment.

The standard rent of the room and utilities comes to $1800 but I’m open to having someone provide some wellness assistance in exchange for all or part of the rent. Great for someone into yoga or fitness but not necessary, anyone also trying to stay in shape with a good attitude could work. I also have a paid person that comes in for 15 hours per week to help with meal preparation and keeping the place in order, it would be great to have the person living here be that person for someone who doesn’t mind or possibly enjoys cooking (adversed to pre made weekly meals), but again, not a requirement (person would be paid seperately from the room arrangement). Looking for more of a team effort, i. e. someone to bring a good energy dynamic to the shared space.
