• LARGE & Medium fully furnished room. Bed & mattress is brand new. Also comes with a Smart TV, ceiling fan, 5 drawer dresser, nightstand, lamp, computer desk and chair and BIG CLOSET. Perfect for young professionals, students, traveling nurses, etc.
• Shared kitchen with all housemates. Brand new appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, fridge).
• Shared bathroom (2 housemates max).
• Shared living room
• High-speed WiFi, electricity, heat & hot water included in rent
• Room has fan and is very cool in hot weather. However, window AC units may be permitted during summer months for with prior approval. One time install cost & monthly seasonal fee will also apply to factor increase in electricity cost.

Basic House Rules:

• No smoking inside. A decent distant from house and windows is required if smoking.
• Overnight guests should be occasional and respectful of shared living spaces. Extended or frequent overnight stays are not permitted without prior discussion and approval.
• Looking for responsible housemates who are clean, financially stable, and considerate of others in the home.
• Housemates will need to contribute to cleanliness of shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom). And also contribute to items shared items like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
• Background check, employment verification, income verification, and credit screening will be required as part of the application process.
