You’ll have the choice of any bedroom on the 1st or 2nd floor to be yours, there is an all weather porch that’s great for enjoying the weather that’s outside while staying inside. The property is very much a work in progress as I update the electrical and the AC to the house and eventually a new roof.

You’ll be living with 1 roommate, My Name is Donnie I’m 21 and have 2 cats, I’ve recently taken over this house from my mother in a attempt to restore it and that’s where you come in! Your rent is meant to alleviate my stress of the mortgage so that I can make the necessary updates to the house.
