About the room

The house is located on a quieter street a couple blocks away from W Main St where a lot of shops are. Currently looking for a single woman to move in. Rent will be $1,350 WITH utilities for a 6 month lease. Open to shorter or longer lease but amount will change accordingly. There are two other women currently living here. Little about me… I am 28 years old, work from home, enjoy playing volleyball and pickleball and pretty busy generally. My roommate is 30 she enjoys line dancing, going out to eat and hanging with her boyfriend.
