Hello! I am single, no ex, no children & no pets (I like dogs, a bit allergic to cats!) Just moved to Carlsbad to a temporary housing situation in May…but would like to find a more permanent spot. I have a great job that I have been at for 6 1/2 years in the Title Insurance industry- (I can and do work remote 2-3 days a week this last year. My company has offices in most cities…. I grew up in Pasadena/San Marino area and then went to UC Santa Barbara…then on to San Diego for many years and then South Orange County for the last 27 years. I have friends in the area and you can find me longboard surfing, biking, hiking, yoga and swimming. I am easy to live with and I eat a mostly plant-based “flexitiarian” diet this last 2 years…and I enjoy BBQ-ing! I have 2 bikes and 1 longboard that I would need to store in a garage.
