Hi, I’m Diego!

I’m 31 years old and originally from Granada Hills. I have been living in Culver city for the past 18 months (for work) but my roommate has decided to move back home. My current apartment lease is up at the end of February. I am looking for room to rent for a shorter term, approx 3-6 months.

I’m in the film / commercial vfx industry and have been working at my company for 4 years. I am professional and work M-F, 9-6 PM from my laptop. Since the pandemic, we’ve converted to remote working until my office reopens. I can work anywhere that is quiet and has a good internet connection.

I’m looking for something close to my brother’s house in Granada Hills. My Dad who lives there, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. He is undergoing chemo now so it’s important that I be there for him as much as possible. I usually spend my day there to help support him and my family.

I’m looking for more of a mature house for myself to come back to after work to relax and recharge. I’m looking for a home that is clean and I would do my best to keep it that way! I have minimal room furniture; bed, dresser, air purifier and small desk w/ computer. I have a car and street parking is okay. I consider myself organized, clean and respectful.

I am into fitness and health and usually up early to leave to go exercise/gym before I start my day. I occasionally like to meal prep and I do clean up after myself. I can be helpful around the house when needed. I can respect everyone’s privacy and at the same time be sociable and friendly. I have no pets, I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, and I am pretty laid back.
