Hi I am a great fit to be a roomie because I am clean, organized, pay bills on time and I just go to work which means I drive up to San Francisco, San jose area then unload 3-5 stops then reload and come back 2-3 times a week. I am gone overnite for these trips. I have 2 older female kitties who are very clean quiet and don’t smell. My girls are very independent and are indoor only. So we are great roomies. The last place was San jose for 10yrs til the homeowner decided to sell and go into assisted living. On that note I took a gamble 5 weeks ago to come south. And I’ve already got employment and a regular dd coming in every week. I am a go getter and always positive. I have a good background check but I don’t have a lot of credit so my score isn’t too high, but I am still a great person to rent to.
