I’m looking for a roommate to rent a 2-bedroom (up to $1700/month) rental at Pittsburgh Colfax K-8 school, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 attendance zone. I don’t have a pet, but I don’t mind it. I have a car and parking is a must for me. Also, I prefer to have washer/dryer in unit. I’m a single mother, my daughter is12, and she is a responsible and quiet child :) we are very considerate and respectful, and I always pay rent/bills on time. I’m a PhD student but in the phase of writing my dissertation, and I will rent for 1 year. I will spend my daytime doing my research.
