Hey there! I am looking for a responsible, CLEAN, and working college student as my current roommate is graduating and moving back home to San Jose, she is in my profile pic. We are currently at a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Rent is $2806, wifi is $50/month, renters insurance is $15/month, utilities usually runs around $90/month, and electricity runs around $75/month. We both go to CSUF and I am a 4th year, about to graduate. I work full time and am a full time college student so I would like someone on the same typa time. Rent and bills is not cheap so I would prefer for you to either have a full time job and if you’re part time, you gotta have your parents on the lease with you if you’re receiving financial assistance from your family. My name is on the lease so I am not risking anything messing with my credit. If your budget is about $1500/month and can afford that, hit me up. My roommate is moving out in January so I am looking now to see who I vibe with before then.
