Non smoker, non drinker, work a lot of hrs. I love to produce music, read, work out, yoga, cooking and do (quiet) computer music production. I have a small breakout studio thats contained and I use headphones. All my other stuff is in storage.

Need to possibly team up with someone whos responsible and clean, preferably female, as theyre generally way cleaner than guys. No ties or interest in love or connecting. All professional. Just need a quiet place. im not in much social media at all, save for Insta.
