I’m looking for a lease for $900 max, INCLUDING utilities, wifi, and other things.

I like to live in a moderately clean space and I strive to create mentally/emotionally peaceful environments between roommates. I’m Autistic/ADHD, so I do have some minor struggles with that. I mostly spend time with myself and am usually pretty busy. I’m currently doing self studies for photography, slowly writing my novel, and introspective.

It’s very important to me that who I live with is kind and communicative where we can work together to make the spaces as healthy/friendly as possible.
