Hello! I am a grad student (in an online program, computer science) looking to rent a room in the Long Beach / Torrance / Seal Beach area. Because the program is online I do “work” from home. I am very quiet, clean and keep to myself. I take very good care of things and am friendly and respectful. I have a girlfriend I spend weekends with which I would hope to continue doing if possible (she stays over occasionally), although I would be open to adjusting this if it’s reasonable.
