I’m 23 and I work full time, and when I’m not working I spend most of my time outside with my dog or in my room drawing or writing. But would also love to be able to come together to do cooked meals together for dinner or do regular activities around the house together to make it more of a home than a house (decorating for holidays, little get togethers and game nights). But also understand and would be absolutely ok if you’d prefer to just use the opportunity as a communal living area and would prefer to keep yourself/yourselves. I also don’t mind helping out with the upkeep of the house and would in fact be happy to contribute to cleaning and regular chores around the house, I like to take pride in the area I’m living in and like to keep it tidy. My dog is an 11 year old smaller dog, shes also a bit nervous when meeting new people, she might be a bit scared of you at first, and then within a week or so of living with you, she will think of you as her pack member for life, and greet you happily whenever you come home. She bonds quick. I also have a fish but the tank would remain in my room. I do smoke weed but can keep my smoking habits outside of the house, on the porch or in my vehicle if you’d prefer, and will stick to all boundaries you set as I come into your house.
