Hello I’m basically looking to save money for my own place apartments are a scam along with renting via rental management companies they are for the most part dishonest and unprofessional. Looking for someone who is mature mentally who doesn’t try to build their living space up with all the “amenities” available as long as the neighborhood is safe and clean and the room is big enough for a small office set up with private bathroom I’m not really concerned with anything else. This would be a mutually beneficial setup for both of us I help you financially you help me save for the future some try to take advantage of others on here with “all they will get and all they are providing” let’s be honest and respectful of one another I will pay reasonable rent on time every month without issue no guests, no partying no drugs or drama.
