Hi – I’m a laid back, private, quiet, creative guy – looking for a compatible housemate who wants to team up to find and rent a non-smoking house together. A 3-4 bedroom house for around $4000 . Something a lot nicer than any $2000 apartment we might rent on our own – and large enough to give us both privacy. I’d need one of the bedrooms as an office as I work from home (on computer all day). If you need an office or ?? as well, then we’d need a 4-BR house. Otherwise a 3-BR could work. Various neighborhoods in the Valley, or in the hills, or Beverly Hills, Westwood, etc – I’m pretty open as long as the area is relatively quiet and low traffic. I’m happy to do a lot of the research/legwork to find places to look at. Looking to move in August. Dates flexible. Look forward to discussing with you. – Jeff
