First, I have a full-time job, so my income is stable and consistent. Second, I am very open-minded and personable; It is very easy to get along with me! Third, I am clean and make sure to respect common spaces by cleaning up behind myself. I am pet friendly, and I keep an open mind when it comes to disagreements with housemates.
