I keep to myself, I’m relatively quiet and I clean up after myself (and begrudgingly others if need be). I’m not one to party and don’t have much of a social life, so you won’t have to worry about strangers in your home. I’m taking classes at City College and I spend time with my girlfriend frequently, so I’d be gone semi-regularly. I’m very fond of animals (though I don’t have any myself) and not allergic, so your pet(s) won’t be an issue with me. I’m currently on a tight budget since I am a student and currently on worker’s comp disability.
