I’m super cool, friendly, clean, I enjoy conversations & learning new things. I’m looking for nice people who I can get along with, who are clean, respectful of others & their belongings. I prefer renting a unfurnished room. I want to travel which isn’t easy these days, however, other countries are opening up so I am looking forward to seeing & traveling to Egypt, Israel, oh heck, I want to go everywhere who am I kidding!!! 🤭🤪🤣🤣😄

I’m hoping to find someone(s) who will rent to me and my cat, Orangie until I find a home to purchase. I’ve been actively searching to purchase after I sold my home in Central California April 2021, however, the market isn’t a buyers market at all! So I decided to rent until my dream home appears. I fear the market will only get worse before It gets better so I’m hoping to live somewhere in San Diego county for a year or longer if needed.

I’m currently self employed plus, I do have a couple fixed incomes for life as I am a military Veteran. I have owned & paid mortgage the last 21 plus years as well as rented prior about 12 years. I’ve never been kicked out, never been late. I feel rent/mortgage & utilities r priority expenses, period!

Priorities: As I mentioned shelter is #1 priority which I take seriously. I enjoy playing with my cat so he is not a destroyer of anything, focusing on my diet & exercise, and constantly needing to learn new ideas, beliefs, etc to keep my body, mind active and alive are all top of my priority list. I’m a type 1 diabetic so exercise and diet are 2nd on my priority list! I prefer organic foods and eating at home. It doesn’t matter if my housemate(s) do not eat the same as I because I believe everyone is different and I respect all.

I can clean, trade services, stay to myself, be sociable when needed, and I’m great with a hammer so repairs are easy for me, well, most are anyway. I enjoy outdoor physical activities, playtime with animals as well as streaming tv and movie shows, learning, working hard and relaxing is a must. I can get along with just about anyone. Orangie, my cat is well trained, clean, doesn’t destroy anything because I make play time a priority with him. He enjoys outdoors as well. We found each other and fell in love at first sight. He is the best animal one could hope for.😺😽

I have credit reports I can download and send to u if needed. I prefer not to have credit checks because It lowers my credit score, however if it is an absolute that you pull the credit check, this will be ok. 😉 My credit score is very important because the higher it is, the lower interest rate I qualify for which is another big priority for sure! I have no problems with background checks because it won’t affect my credit score nor have I ever been jailed or kicked out of a place.
