Kayla & Jack

My lease will be up at the end of July and I am hoping to find something near The Boulevard Mall where I work. I have one cat who is mostly nice but a little nervous around folks that aren’t me or my kid. I have a 19 year old that lives with me every other month who mostly just stays in their room and games. We are looking to rent a 3 bedroom and I am willing to pay 2/3rds of the rent since the youngling and I would each like a room. This would make your portion of the rent around $425+ whatever shared utilities we might have.

I work full time and by and large would consider myself an introvert, though I am friendly. Progressive politics are pretty important to me, so if you’re MAGA, we probably won’t get along. Definitely a big fan of 420 and I do smoke cigarettes (outside obviously) but no hard drugs please. In my spare time I mostly just hang out with my cat and watch tv, though I do also really enjoy camping and go up to Mt. Charleston a lot because I miss nature. I’m not THE tidiest person in the world, but I keep all my clutter in my own space and respect shared spaces.

I’m giving myself plenty of time to find a place or person because I’d like to be able to meet up and get to know each other to make sure we vibe. Here’s hoping!
