Dustin (but everyone calls me Rex)

Hey there! Long time Nashville tenant (7 years). Moved from Nebraska to pursue music and am currently in my passion! I’m a great candidate because when touring season is around I’m mostly gone (sometimes almost 150 days out of the year). So it’s almost like not having a roommate, but still covers their part of the rent! I’m generally introverted, so I don’t have people around much. I have lots of roommate experience and am very easy going, but I stay open to criticism if there is an issue. I’m down to do yard maintenance as well. I also don’t drive much, I’m more of a bike commuter. My goal is to move to either Donelson or Hermitage, or just somewhere close to the airport in general. My budget is currently set around 400-650.
