Hello ladies,

I am a clean, responsible, communicative individual who handles their business. I make sure to pay bills on time, am a clean person, don’t consume any drugs or party, and very considerate of shared spaces. I work remotely 8-5pm, M-F; I am up early and sleep late. Also, I have 2 ESA cats (and one foster) that are the friendliest fur babes ever. I emphasize cleanliness, respect, communication, comprehension, and friendship - I am also interested in making friends since I am new to the area. I want the best for everyone involved and did I already mention that I EMPHASIZE cleanliness(lol).
