Hi! I’m Gordon 👋🏼 early-30s, thoughtful, and very routine-oriented. I’m looking for a long-term (12-months) living situation in the NNE Metro area, ideally within the next 30-90 days.

My household vibe is calm, studious, and empathy-forward. Home is a place to recharge, learn, and take good care of ourselves and each other. You’ll often find me cooking or baking, working on projects. Long-term, I’m working toward building a systems-minded home and garden that supports a simpler, more sustainable lifestyle.

Professionally, I am a construction materials tech at an engineering firm in Lawrenceville. I am also enrolled in the Residential Construction program at Gwinnett Technical College. Otherwise, I am a U.S. Air Force veteran and recent GSU graduate. I work 5-6 days a week but not long hours. Additionally, I generally prefer early nights and early mornings.

I keep a very clean, well-maintained home (I’ve got a list for everything!) and value clear, respectful communication. I’m handy, proactive, and take pride in maintaining a comfortable, functional living space. Privacy is respected as a given, and I believe it’s always better to communicate early, fully, and honestly.

I don’t smoke or drink outside of an occasional glass of wine when the recipe calls for it. I’m looking for someone curious, self-aware, and growth-oriented who values a peaceful, professional household.
