I’m quiet and I’ll pay on time. I have a kitten who is litter trained. I will need two rooms. One for me, one for my 14 year old daughter. I am looking for someone to go in with me on a 3 bedroom or someone who has two rooms to rent. My daughter is super well behaved and I am a neat freak so the house will be clean. I have two jobs so I work a lot, and my daughter is self sufficient when I am not there and will never be your responsibility. I prefer a woman, just out of concern for my daughter, but if the right kind of guy came along, I’m not against it. It’s just impossible to maintain a home by myself. My current living situation is precarious and I would like to move as soon as possible.
