Won’t BE MOVING UNTIL MARCH OR APRIL ( Unless I have a great feeling about your listing)

I am looking to find or rent a room in the given areas. I work in Carrollton and then my gym is in Addison. I spend the majority of my time at these places so I would like to live close to them. For work my job is similar to a sales engineer, I have to read 400-500 page proposals and craft a technical response to them. I work out every day and try to run 15-20 miles a week.

When I am not doing these things, I like to read, meditate, and study computer programming. While I enjoy hanging out on weekends to have a drink or going out to eat, these are not my priorities. 1 night a week is about all I need.

I can afford my own place but would like to save money so I can buy something in the near future. I don’t want to rent forever. I would prefer something long term 6mo-1yr. I also just moved here so idk really anyone.

My ideal roommate is male or female. someone who shares a passion in what they do, someone who dreams big and makes a plan to accomplish their dreams, someone who is a positive person.

Let’s grab a coffee and see if we are a good fit! I am ultra-low mtc and prefer to keep a minimalist lifestyle. I have no pets, don’t smoke and I would say very seldom do i consume alcohol.
