My boyfriend (25) and I (26) are looking for available rooms or roomies willing to look for a place together 🙂 Rent max up to 1200$ total or around 900$ for a decent room solo, if with a couple or third person we can discuss what we can afford.

His job relocated so we are hoping to find a place no more than 45 minutes from Chino. Looking to move roughly in the middle of December or early January. Looking for a place that can work with our situation of bad credit + good job and great credit + currently no job. I am working on passing my nursing exam so I will be searching for a job in the area once finished.

I don’t mind smokers (he smokes cannabis) as long as it is outside/not stinking up the common living areas such as kitchen/dining/living rooms (this can be debated later on). Generally looking for a person who can clean up after themselves, etc.

Some info. about us: we like to have game nights, we do drink occasionally, we’re friendly, like to play video games, and can be as cool or as quiet as needed.

Would prefer not to have children/babies, and pets must be trained.
