Hi, I’m a 24 year old Astrophysics student with a dog an a cat. I have a lot of plants and I try and keep things as clean as I can. My dog is an ESA and my cat is as well. I have a lot of stuff to furnish a new place with, am an avid art enthusiast and try to be friends with my roommates, while respecting personal space and alone time. I consistently pay rent on time, I make great food, and for the most part am pretty laid back. I just got out of a toxic relationship and need to find a place to go around end of Jan-mid March. I am huge on communication and respect. I’d prefer to stay in the DTC/centennial area. I’m hoping to do 3-12 months for length of a lease.
