I am a respectful and communicative roommate, based on what my former roommies say. I am used to balancing keeping to myself with being sociable and sharing household responsibilities with others (I do prefer taking out the trash and doing the dishes to checking the mail). I come from a large family, so tend to do well with most personalities and dislike living alone - tried it, didn’t like it. I like cooking and baking, singing and dancing, watching anime and jamming away with my headphones on while working or reading the news and science articles. In addition to life coaching, event management and tutoring, I also do yoga/tai chi instruction and some business consulting. I have a strong quirky personality and find great joy in being alive. Non-religious, politically independent and romantically non-monogamous, 420 friendly member of the Rainbow Coalition.

I have an elderly shih-tzu that only barks during bathing and mostly sleeps near the closest human available while occasionally licking himself. He gets along with most cats. I take him with me for most work assignments and board him if I’m unable to take with me on a trip.

I’m recovering from a concussion so can’t do super bright lighting and have customized ear plugs for sound = I need warning before vacuuming or similar deep vibration/loud noises.

I am open to a longer term rental situation, depending on the rent amount and related circumstances. Initially looking for short term as I transition away from recovery mode.
