Hi! ~I am now looking to move this Summer or next Summer. I am looking to split a house, town home (or possibly a very large apartment) with just one or two other roommates.
As a roommate, I value clear communication, respect, kindness, and creating a very quiet and peaceful home. I have lived with diverse types of roommates. I have worked/work as a professional pet&house-sitter, so am responsible and great at taking care of things. Last credit report ran, my rating was in the top percentage possible. I live in a small apartment right now and my interest in looking to move and find a roomie is the following goals:

1. Be able to afford an outdoor space (I garden as a hobby)
2. Be able to afford a space to adopt or foster another pet (I currently have one cat)
3. Have a bit more storage space.
4. Have a roommate that is on more friendly terms, where for safety reasons we look out for each other and help with things like sharing groceries, pet care/sitting, chores when the other roomie is sick etc. Now that I’ve lived alone for a while, I miss having a roommate in a lot of ways!

And to clarify, I’m not looking for just a room, I’m looking to equally share a larger place.
