Hi! ~I am now looking to move this Summer and I am wanting to move to a place that has some sort of patio or outdoor space, allows cats or dogs, and has some extra storage area. that is NOT my dog in the profile photo, I currently don’t have any dogs or cats but would like to eventually I’d also like to reassure I am vaccinated and very careful with Covid ~
As a roommate, I value clear communication, respect, kindness, and autonomy. I have experience with diverse types of roommates, and have been always been tolerant, adaptable, and understanding of differences. I have worked/work as a professional pet/house-sitter, so am responsible and great at taking care of things :) I am:

• quiet, keep to myself but do prefer being friendly/friends if possible.

• very tidy/organized person, like to talk through cleaning, and make sure everyone is happy with everything in common areas, and that it feels fair and organized. I do have things to put in the common areas, so it won’t work if you are expecting no additional bookshelves, art, houseplants, kitchen supplies etc.

• am a huge nature lover. I love all animals, gardening/plants, getting outdoors, and value compassion toward all beings.

• I have a small aquarium, quite a few houseplants, and would like to get or foster cats/dogs. Pet friendly is the number one priority for me in a new place :)

-I am communicative and like to check in about any problems/changes with roommates. I do not think passive aggression is okay, as I think anything can be discussed maturely and directly. Am firm about no smoking/drugs at all, no big parties, no heavy drinking. I prefer to discuss everything with new roommates when moving in and then agree on what and how we want to communicate!

• I am a spiritual person, and value other (any, am understanding of different beliefs/religions) spirituality in others. I do divination, meditation, and other spiritual practices. Because of that, I am not comfortable living with people who are not good hearted people on a basic level. If you are pro abuse, cruelty, or watch any violent media I do not want to be roommates with you, sorry. I am also mostly vegan, but do eat some types of meat.

• into some crafts/art and have a lot of hobbies I dabble in when I have time, and almost always find an interest or hobby in common with others!

-into music but VERY respectful of noise. appreciate when other people have instruments/are into music. If not, I can not play music at times when it would disturb you. I have a Celtic harp, it’s a quiet instrument so I haven’t had any complaints from housemates before.
