Wife and I are selling our house in Palmetto Bay on Nov. 30th. Purchased a house in North Carolina (closing Nov. 30th as well) and moving my wife and family there. I am staying in Florida for up to 20 months fulfilling an employment contract I have with the Ocean Reef Club - have worked for the Club since October 2007.
