Responsible, old (61) snarky, agnostic female, WAH moving into retirement-hopefully. Seeking long term 2+ yr minimum in the DFW area. Need 3 bedrooms. Up to $700 per room, negotiable (pet rent excluded of course). Ok with shared bath. Currently have 2 50lb “Chihuahuas”(in their minds) rescues from shelter- much more well trained than their hooman-more social too. Looking for Houseshare with 3 others, my husband (61) and a younger couple I’ve “adopted”. I want to be closer to my kids, one in FT Worth, the other in Austin with his wife. Younger working couple in their 20’s just wanting to get out of BFE TX for better opportunities. No excessive drinking or drugs. Husband is a nicotine smoker/vaper. Zero tolerance for intolerance. I have LGBTQ friends and family. Into most music, binge watching classic movies/TV, nature. I live in my home, sometimes messy but expect things to be clean.. no trash, bugs, beer can pyramids, things growing in the fridge.. lol. We’re all introverted nerds, younger couple/husband are gamers as well. Definitely need ability for high speed Internet services, but would pay for our upgrades if needed. Would love to find people who enjoyed live music, comedy, game/movie nights, and respectful discussion on the Universe and everything else. . I enjoy a good bourbon and a nice evening in front of a fire every once in a while. Anything else, just ask :)
