I’m a recent UCSB graduate working in the area of aquatic ecology and conservation. I’m about to begin a position with the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission on endangered fish conservation in Santa Barbara county in preparation for grad school, which I hope to attend next Fall. I’m generally a quiet, reserved type with a passion for creative writing and my marine conservation work. I’m not a rowdy person and try to be unobtrusive. I spend most of my free time in my room doing creative writing or playing music (I am a bassist). No need to worry about my instruments making too much noise – I always give roommates and housemates the option to tell me to keep it down if I’m playing to loud, and I always respect quiet hours.
