I’m in a 3-bdrm apt and my mates are graduating. I need 2 more renters to stay in my unit; 1 more to move to a 2-bdrm; or a new place.

I’m a male and will be (Lord willing) a 29-yr-old undergrad, Jr (ish), come 21FA. I’m a media-production major, mins: eventing planning and interior design. I recently finished a certificate in Bible & Theology.

I have food allergies so cook/bake.

I tend to leave dishes in or by the sink during the week; my room isn’t totally tidy (nor totally messy: could work on either, if bothersome). I’m a growing, semi-insecure, social extrovert (ENTPish).

I have found I rather like sweeping carpet (it’s kind of relaxing). I like watching media and listening to music (classical and film-scores, mostly). I’ve been having a friend (male) from a local congregation over Friday evenings, to chat or watch media together. I recently started fiddling around, again, on my violin (if you’ll allow the pun), (very) occasionally. I can tend to be a night owel. But over all is sleep then studying; & to be an amiable roommate.

I have a queen bed, long desk, wide recliner, c sweeper, mini-fridge/freezer, cookwear, toats of miscellaneous stuff, and a bicycle.

I also have 5 bird feeders.

If I need to move, I’d love a place with a yard and where I could BBQ; and would need a place in biking distance from campus. I would be paying around $580/mo + utilities, here, so would prefer that or less. Is prefer no pets or (a) large (quiet!) dog (b/c I’ve already had a cat, but never a dog).

If I select (a) roommate(s), I’m at 940 S Clarizz Blvd by College Mall. I would prefer one(s) who would be comfortable to tell me if I’m disrupting; obey the law (i.e., no do illicit drugs); and be quiet by whenever I’m in bed (typically 11p: though I wear earplugs and play pink noise to help with that). .
