Hey! I am a 28/F looking to sublease my apartment at The Maywood as I am moving into a house with my partner. It is 2 bed/2.5 bath on the 3rd floor. It is already mostly furnished, but I can happily move anything out for you. I do have a roommate (28/F) who will remain living there until lease is up in January. She is a fabulous roommate and would ultimately be the one to agree to live together! She is a legal assistant, friendly, and very easy to get along with. Rent is about $1000 for each of us which includes garage parking spot and smart key access. Lmk if you are interested or have any questions! Looking to sublease in June or July!
