Hi there! I’m a prospective Grad student at UT Austin looking for some affordable accommodation for at least a year. I currently live in Houston, my move date is still flexible but will know closer to Feb 2021. This will depend on when I find a full-time job in Austin. I’ve lived with roommates before and pride myself on never leaving dishes in the sink or common areas cluttered/messy. I also jointly own rental property in Houston so I know how to be a good, communicative tenant! I’m looking for room or apartment with a private bathroom that will also be quiet enough to study in or to split an apartment. My grad program would start in Fall 2021 and won’t lend itself to partying so no need to worry about that aspect. While COVID-19 is still a concern, I will continue to be masking in public and minimizing social gatherings.
