Hello! I am a 36 year old woman going through a divorce thus roomies right? I was born in upstate New York, raised in Ohio, escaped to California, and ended up in Central Florida, so when people ask me where I’m from I’m not really sure what to say. To let you in on my smoking situation, I don’t really smoke tobacco, but I do have a MMJ RX that I need for anxiety and would like to be able to do that in my room so, full disclosure there. I’m not a good cook, actually I can only cook like pasta and salmon, and the microwave and I are very good friends! I like to get up in the actual morning, not creepy early, but before noon, and I like to go to bed usually before 10. That’s just what I’m used to. $500 is the maximum I could possibly pay in rent including utilities and accoutrements. It was my share of the rent with my exhusband - I’m learning to adjust to my new budget, but am a firm believer that rent payments are the most important, since my modest Honda is payed off. I think I’m good company but I don’t want to take up your personal time or personal space, and for these reasons I think I make a terrific roommate!
