Hi — I’m a quiet, respectful non-smoker with a very low-key lifestyle. I’m a retired crime scene technician now working in delivery logistics, and I keep a steady routine focused on work, rest, and keeping things simple. I typically work 60–70 hours a week, so I’m usually home just for meals and rest. I do have my two daughters spend some time with me about once a week for a relaxed movie night and dinner.

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces and people’s routines. I value a relaxed, comfortable home environment and I’m open to living with either male or female roommates if it’s a good mutual fit. I don’t have pets but I’m comfortable living with them.

My budget is around $600–$700 depending on the setup, and I’m open to sharing a house or an apartment with compatible roommates, or renting a private room or en-suite if available.
