I’m pretty kicked back, respectful, and honest. I usually keep to myself on my computer. I get a monthly SSI disability check which will always pay the rent! 😁 They don’t give me much so $650 is all I can afford, but it does come every month. I don’t need any special accomodations.I have a mobility scooter that I get around with. I like kids and animals, and have 1 fixed housebroken male cat. I like to help out when needed. I can fix most small things around the house. Looking for a temp to perm private room for rent in a house or guest house with a private bath. I would need space for 1 vehicle and storage space in a garage, shed, or backyard. Currently in the area of 51st Ave and Thunderbird in Glendale. I’m looking for somewhere close to here or northwest of here. Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Northwest Phoenix OK. I can pay first months rent if you let me know before the 1st of the month..
