My wife and I are very interested in your room to rent. We are looking for an immediate move in. I am a full time carpenter and my wife is an artist. We are very friendly, funny and peaceful. We have a very calm positive energy. We are middle aged, so past the drama phase! My wife has a service dog (licensed and registered) who has impeccable manners. We neither one drink or use drugs, however we do smoke (outdoors ONLY) and we do smoke cannabis. She loves to cook, garden and make the house nice.
