HI, Im a 50 year old mature, clean, respectful man with a son that has the same values. We are looking for an opportunity to reduce our expenses so that my son can continue to train. We believe in paying our bills, being quiet and repectful of others. He will be training during the day and I will be working long hours. The ideal situation would obviously be 2 small bedrooms but If a large master is available, He and I could get 2 doubles.
